Experience has been not so good. My elderly mother age 92 requires much assistance. My younger sister left her work to look after her full time for the past two years and is herself needing assistance and needs the break. This company since they started sending people have been inconsistent with arrival times of their employees. On several occasions they fail to even show up or call when they are running over an hour late. They never send the same people so causes more grief; my sister has to explain the routine each time cutting into her supposed relief. Very poorly run service. Those few that do arrive are good and are appreciated. It seems to me that some are playing the system in hopes no one complains and they stay home and get paid just the same. Just a hunch on my part. This long weekend two care givers failed to show or call. When head office was notified we were told to call tomorrow in order to escalate the complaint. Total waist of time and tax payers money.
