A few Sunday's ago we went to the fort to support some of their local businesses. We received a photo radar ticket for going only a few kms an hr over the speed limit! It was $121.00 I realize that we were slightly over the speed limit but this was excessive!! AVOID Supporting fort Saskatchewan businesses and avoid going to that city forever!.

The new lights at hiway 15 and 114 St, are atrocious. If heading east and having to turn left onto 114 Street, you have to be very patient. During rush hour in the morning you may have to wait 3 lights to get through and if you are the 4th vehicle in line in non-rush hour time, you will likely have to wait 2 cycles to get through.

The turn cycle has to be longer, or, a cycle on both ends of the hiway cycle. What is now, is very frustrating.

I’ve lived here for a long time and I can say that at first it seems like a great place to live. After a year though you begin to see what it truly is. Poorly built homes on swamp land in the new builds area that are shoddily put together and over priced. POLLUTION. Do your research. This area breeds the highest rates of cancer around. The plants produce deadly gases and fumes. High water bills with no explanation. You will recycle garbage in the strangest way ever making more money for the town. Nothing to do. You will end up shopping in the surrounding areas and not here, everything here is highly priced. People are not friendly. No socializing. This place is dead end. Don’t be fooled by the pleasant appearance in summer. It is not a good place to raise a family. The schools are terrible with the exception of a few good teachers trying their best. Compare and shop around before moving here. You will be very disappointed. Not a place for progressive thinking people with their own mind.

The "Lights up" was fantastic. The kids and I enjoyed even though we didn't get to do everything. Special night for sure! Merry Christmas 2021!
