John was very prompt on returning my call.
He relayed the processes to me and most of all the price was so affordable!!
The roofers came on time as promised.
Were clean and quick I’m getting the job completed
The exact same job but 1/3 of the pricing !!
I would totally recommend this company any day of the week

Ten stars?! After witnessing an incredible job Citadel Roofing did replacing the roof on my neighbour's house (a full team was in and out quickly, leaving the site spotless and the new roof looking impeccable!) I didn’t hesitate to call them when we discovered a leak coming down the front of our fireplace. Although we had tarped the chimney and assured them it wasn’t urgent, they still sent a foreman out within a few days.

Their communication was truly outstanding—better than any service provider I’ve ever worked with. They booked the appointment quickly, followed up the evening before, and sent text updates the morning of, keeping me informed about the foreman’s arrival time. True to their word, he arrived right on time, inspected the chimney, and completed the repair on the spot.

I couldn’t be happier with their professionalism, responsiveness, and quality of work. I highly recommend Citadel to anyone with roofing needs—they’ve definitely earned my trust and future business!

Citadel Company has replaced the entire roof of my house in almost 2 days.
from when I called the manager Shane to come for estimate and take a look at roof until the job was done including installing gutters did not take much time at all.

Over the past two years, I had this leak on my newly placed roof...not sure where it came from. I called the original roof installer and he said it was something completely different....they fixed it and moved along...the leak was still there. I called Shane at Citadel Roofing. They acted immediately...not only they were able to find the leak source, they also fixed it without me having to spend tons of money on a new roof. Shane's team came over several days to diagnose...their persistence really impressed me....Shane and his team are very knowledgeable and reasonable; someone that I can and will count on over and over again. Very good professional and personable company , I had a leak in my roof , i called got the answering machine left a message and Andrea called back within 15 or 20 minutes The foreman came out brought out what they needed to fix the problem ,with me just explaining that I had a leak in the roof. One guy came well prepared and got the job done very cost-efficient and I would highly recommend to anybody I know as I have used other roofing companies in the past and these guys are Top Notch.
