I came to this English course to improve my English, and our teacher was Liz. I think she's a very amateur teacher. She would make a great mother or friend, but I definitely don't think she has the skills or competence to teach. She constantly scolds me about using my phone, even though I enjoy looking up words I don't understand during class and taking notes on them. I am strongly against people who don't understand this system and don't realize that everyone has a different learning style becoming teachers. Both my wife and I joined this teacher's class, and we both complained about her amateurishness. Besides the teacher, there is inequality in the class, with people who can't speak at all or know any grammar in the same group as those who are good. This makes the class unbalanced. The third thing I want to mention is that the topics covered in class are only related to job applications and interviews. There is nothing about daily conversations, etc. The course is extremely bad; I don't recommend it to anyone who wants to join."

I'm very impressed with the treatment here, my son is welcomed here and loves it. Thanks for CCS to allow us to have a safe place to see my child, and give him the chance to see his parents

Had a counselor who did not adhere to the rules of confidentiality or respect when a boundary was put in to place, would never recommend it. Sad to say, and yes I have had good workers but I'm finding now that they are lacking the skills to communicate and solve conflicts and problems knowledgeably and have very little respect for personal boundaries being put into place!
