The healthcare professionals working here go the extra mile in caring for the kids that need to get better. I have a lot of respect for the medical expertise, compassionate nursing care, and excellent work from allied health and all other professionals from nutrition to housekeeping and everything in between. The emphasis on letting kids be kids is a heart-warming bit of respite from the sterile, time-conscious nature of being in the hospital. The Child Life Therapists do a wonderful job with this. If there is one thing that could be improved, the aging architecture of this hospital is evident in the confusing floor plans that can disorient patients and families alike. On that note, every bit of funding helps in making this great hospital even better in every way.

High score? Unbelievable how people actually like to wait for too long to get to see a doc. My 6 weeks old baby is very sick she is not breathing and yet no sign of a doc to see her. It's worse than in a third world country. Staff just playing on cellphone... where are the Child Abuse agents this time?

Our pediatrician is here. They are great. We never wait for or doctor with an appointment and most of the time I can get one for the same day. Everyone is friendly and courteous.

Very nice staff, definitely love coming here for my appointments, and they give popsicles after each visit, the strawberry ones taste the best

They are like life saver. Very quick check up and registration process But after that you have to wait and wait unless your are super almost dead person. Please find a way to make it faster somehow.
