We were new to Kelowna when we first had our son, so finding childcare was difficult, we were on multiple waitlists. This was the perfect option and our son loved it there. We have since found a permanent solution but would highly recommend this program, as the staff are friendly.

Childhood Connections is such a great resource for families.

We were new to Kelowna and joined a baby book club that they offered. It was fun to take our child there, she loved it and we also ended up meeting other families that we still keep in touch with.

They have a great selection of toys in their toy library. Babies grow out of toys so quickly so it was nice to be able to borrow and return developmentally appropriate toys as our child grew.

When our child turned 18 months old, we signed up to their drop in child care as we’ve been on multiple daycare waitlists before our child was born. The staff were amazing. They made us feel at ease with their updates and even got our child to nap regularly. It is obvious that they are passionate and love what they do as our child was always happy at pick up. We have now found a full time daycare and the transition was so easy because our child has already had experience with a daycare setting at Childhood Connections. It made it so stress free for us and I can’t express enough how grateful we are for this facility.

Childhood Connections was a game changer for our holidays! It was great to be able to leave our twin three year old boys at a facility where we knew they would be well cared for. Finding accredited childcare is always a challenge but Caroline and Karli made the process easy and the boys were very fond of their caregivers. We are so pleased that we have a professional, safe and secure option for childcare while in Kelowna.

This childcare program is brilliant! Our family does not need full time childcare but having a place I trust to send my child when I need a couple hours for an appointment is amazing! All of the staff is so kind and attentive. Beyond grateful for this program!

Such an essential service to the community! We are so grateful for the incredible staff and the programs they offer. As a family with a 2 & 3 year old that have struggled to find childcare their drop -in licensed program has changed our lives. It has given us a break when needed and our children the opportunity to play, learn and grown in a safe, fun and positive environment.

we also have saved money by borrowing toys from the learning library. We have also participated in the free family programs and educational sessions!

The atmosphere is bright and cheerful, and the staff (caregivers and admin) are warm, caring and truly committed to the families they support. Very thankful that this daycare is a part of “my village”!

This facility is amazing! Not only a great place to get new toys without straining the environment or your bank account, but also a drop in daycare allowing parents the freedom (and with todays economy the requirement) to go back to work, and their drop in play room is an amazing outlet for kids and parents alike to socialize, and compare war stories! I’m new to Kelowna without any family or friends and this centre has been imperative to both my mental health, and the happiness of my little toddler! Thank you for being open!
