I’ve visited Chartwell Churchill several times and have always been impressed. The staff are warm and welcoming, the building is clean and inviting, and there’s a real sense of community. The residents seem happy and well cared for- feels like a home. Highly recommend for anyone considering retirement living.

We moved Dad to Chartwell Churchill House 5 years ago and it has been the perfect home and community for him.

I am so very grateful to ALL of the staff– they are so kind, caring, supportive and loving to Dad and our family – they have become our extended family!

The community of residents are also wonderful – Dad has made such great friends and been so happy there – everyone cares so much about each other and they have so much fun!

If you are looking for a safe, beautiful and happy home - Chartwell Churchill House is the place to be!

I want to take this opportunity to give heartfelt thanks and gratitude to all of the staff – on behalf of me, Dad, and my family – we love you all!

I can't believe it has been over 4.5 years since we moved Dad into Chartwell Churchill House - the time has flown by!

In August the staff went out of their way to help us celebrate his 94th birthday! I am sure that he is so well and happy because of the wonderful environment, staff and friends he has made there.

The staff at Churchill House are wonderful and I am grateful to all of them. At this time I want to give special thanks (in alphabetical order) to Norya, Rhona, Sharon and Sunny. They have been there since day 1 and have always shown extraordinary kindness and support. I feel blessed to have had a chance to get to know them over the years, know that they are always willing to help, and feel like they are extended family.

I also need to give special thanks to Jenn - she is always so kind, helpful, friendly, and beautiful ray of sunshine whenever I see her. And especially on Remembrance Day, I am very grateful for how she helped to pay tribute and thank Dad for his service in Korea and Vietnam. It meant a lot to him and to me!

I am going to repeat what I have said before because it means everything to me. This is truly a very special place that helps tremendously to take the pressure off of me while I juggle many responsibilities. I never worry about Dad knowing he is in such good hands and so happy.

We moved Dad into Chartwell Churchill House 2.5 years ago, and couldn't be happier. He has continued to thrive, he is happy and healthy and has made so many wonderful friends. I can't say enough great things about all of the staff - they are truly amazing and I am so grateful to all of them for creating such a safe and fun environment. They have been such a great support not only to my Dad but to me and my family as well. I love them all. It was Dad's 92nd birthday recently, and I had wanted to do something special to celebrate with him, but ended up being sick and was unable to. Rhona and the staff went out of their way to create a very special celebration for him and then she sent me photos and videos that I could see while isolating and share with my family. This is truly a very special place that helps tremendously to take the pressure off of me while I work and take care of other family members as well. I never worry about Dad knowing he is in such good hands and so happy at Churchill House. Thanks again from the bottom of my heart! <3

"A Wonderful, Caring Place for Residents!"

I had the opportunity to complete my practicum at Chartwell Churchill Retirement Residences, and it was such a rewarding experience. The staff here are incredibly compassionate and professional, always putting the residents' well-being first. I could see how much care and attention they put into making sure residents feel at home and supported.

The team assists with daily activities and medication reminders, always paying close attention to every detail. The residents I worked with were happy and well cared for, which really reflects how dedicated the staff are. As a student, I also felt supported every step of the way during my training.

If you're looking for a place where your loved ones will be treated with kindness and respect, I highly recommend Chartwell Churchill.

Norya is a wonderful, friendly server in the Churchill House dining room. She is kind, helpful, and has a lovely smile. She goes out of her way to make sure our mum gets a meal that is suited to her tastes and needs.

The event was so engaging with all members and residents and can't wait to attend their next event. Love sharing our Aloha products with everyone! Staff are lovely and caring. My Mom has received excellent care at Churchill House. Our family would highly recommend them. Our Mom will miss them, as will I, as she now is going to Long Term Care.

What a Joke! If anyone really takes a good look at what is going on at Churchill house they would not put a family member here. When my mom moved here 5 years ago she loved it. Then her dementia started to get worse, and as it did her care in the home also declined. If you're not a happy, easy to care for senior, you are just neglected and a hassle to care for. Also new management took over two years ago and the service declined again. Total staff change over. The ones that actually care about how people are treated "moved on" as we were told by Zay the manager. Now, as of yesterday an eviction notice has been given to the 32 subsidized residents. Seniors with things like dementia, diabetes, and other health concerns, forced to move out so Chartwell can charge full rent for these units, anywhere from $8000-$15000 a month. My mom is one of these residents. $$$ is more important to Chartwell than caring for these people.

Norya is a wonderful server. One of the great staff at Chartwell Churchhill. My mother is having a great time here. Also before I forget I want to mention Rhona’s excellent service as well. She always makes sure mom eats well
