Passport renewal application done in under 15 minutes. Just make sure you have the documents properly filled out (form is online), passport photos, your old passport and, of course, credit card.
Receptionist and agent (Lee) super friendly and helpful.

Building is clean and parking available. Not busy so you can easily get your turn . But be mindful staff can use racially slang “ I was waiting for my turn that time I heard a lady called Indian name and then laughed with other women by saying I was suppose to call Mr. John . “

They can accept your general passport application; they can accept your lost & stolen form; they can take payment on the passport application but not the lost & stolen form. It would have been appreciated if the agent could have told me this, and I could go to Passport Canada’s office or called to make a payment online. It’s been over 140 days trying to get a passport. The person I talked to kept deflecting their fault by saying they’re not Passport Canada but still do Passport services (not a good argument). This could all been avoided if the original agent had just say, “the fee for the lost & stolen form has to be done directly through Passport Canada.” If you take my money the first time, I'm under the assumption that everything is paid.

Update: I went to the Service Canada in Fredericton and they didn’t understand why Moncton wasn’t able to process my payment there. Plus, they had to manually add my fee because it suppose to be added on the spot. It shows that this Service Canada in Moncton is extremely incompetent. Just go to Fredericton, yes it is a 2 hour drive, but the service is 1000x better.

They Had Us Wait Without Chairs. And The Receptionist Said She Didn't Want Kids In The Building ? I Asked If That Was Really A Thing And She Didn't Answer, Instead She Just Told Me I Would Be Waiting A Long Time, Even Though The Place Was Basically Empty. So We (my daughter and I) Sat On The Floor For An Hour.

I Understand They Are Short Staffed But I Didn't Understand The No Kids Rule Or Not Have Available Seating.

The Guy At The Desk Was Very Polite And Had Me Taken Care Of In Under 15 Minutes. He Was Absolutely Amazing And Very Polite.

Save yourself the trouble and go to a real passport office, the senior citizen staff they got working behind the counter (not reception or security) are just as incompetent as they are old. I went there followed their instructions to the T and then they would complain about the most asinine things and refuse to accept my application.

I took the same application to a real passport office and not only did they accept it but the representative actually laughed when I told him why they wouldn't accept it. Save yourselves the trouble, gas and headache and either mail it in or just go to a different office.

You wait for over an hour just to have someone tell you you didn’t dot your I’s and cross your T’s properly. You can have multiple IDs showing proof of who you are but heaven forbid you don’t have someone sign the back of your picture stating that yes, that is in fact you!
We went to Fredricton and Moncton to be told slightly different information, just enough so that we have to make yet another trip in to try and get my passport finished. Making a total of 4 trips.

Not sure it is even worth travelling they make things so complicated! ….. I think that plexiglass between them and the customer is to protect them from strangulation. ?‍?
