A bunch of irresponsible people who receive government funding to protect tenants, but they actually support the wealthy. Do not trust them. Shame on those who have the responsibility to defend the oppressed, yet stand with the oppressors.

You guys are a joke. The appropriate response is "Most tenants pay their rent, but it's true that there are too many problematic tenancies that give tenants a bad name, with the legal system being too rigid for well-meaning landlords wronged by bad tenants to find a quick and just resolution."

Spoke to a lady on Monday and told her if I have any questions I will call her back. Called back on Tuesday and my file was closed. You only have one day to ask questions apparently, this useless place would only exist in Canada. Your gut feeling has more knowledge then this place combined anyway. Waste of tax money imo

They need to fix their online call request. It keeps saying my postal code is invalid. I even tried multiple postal codes and nothing worked. When I went to look up the telephone number I already see alot of bad reviews... I'm hesitant to call.

Rude receptionist with an attitude problem. Referral given with incorrect information and now they're refusing to rectify their wrongdoing. Calls don't get returned.

ACTO has been so helpful to me and the other members of my Tenant Association. Without their guidance, we would have had a much tougher time accessing our rights and negotiating effectively.
