I've heard a lot about Flavie throughout the years and it far exceeded its reputation.

A little confusing to navigate through, but such a rewarding experience. It has inspired me to go through my belongings to donate back.

Especially liked the same-day delivery. And R.B was so helpful!

I think you should change your number system, perhaps have a couple people at the door taking names and how many items they need to determine which line they need to be in between single people and families and elderly. There are families with young children who were there long before open waiting to get in and then they get a number and are put at the back of the line. The numbers given are random and so the numbers on the screen should also be random. Doesn't seem fair for someone to have to borrow a truck, be up at 6am to be there for opening to have to wait for hours upon hours with their young children to get in because their number was the last on the list. The old system at the old building was much more welcoming and better serviced. Perhaps you could improve.
