We have been living in Red Deer for more then 10 years, we very often had to contact the immigration center since we were newly arrived immigrants in 2012. Always a friendly team that welcomes you joyfully and with a great desire to help. Very often we had to ask for help with translation of documents, English courses, children program and they always came to the rescue.
12 years have passed and now this center continues to work with the same diligence, friendliness and desire to help.
Due to the war in Ukraine in 2022, many thousands of newly arrived immigrants to Canada seek help from the immigration center and the center continues to do its very important and necessary work to help newly arrived immigrants adapt to a new country for them. We would like to express our gratitude to the department for translating documents into English, despite the thousands of documents for translations, they try to do it as quickly as possible on their part, sometimes late, for which I am very grateful to them anyway, as well as to the girls at the reception, who are always friendly and want to help.

Писали і дзвонили Дарьї з приводу квитка в басейн та проїзного на автобус, не відповідала і не відписувала, потім декілька разів назначала телефонну розмову і знову не брала телефон і не відповідала на повідомлення! Дуже безвідповідально та апсолютно не серьезно!!!

It's a great place, that is helping so many families with their new lives in Canada. Canadians can be proud of their efforts here to help people. Service to your fellow man is humbling and rewarding. The centre always needs help, so if you have some spare time help pitch in to make all our lives enriched.

They not only provide all needs to the new comers , they also take youth camping trips , they teach them how to skate and how to be a Canadian in every possible way .
