Our family has always called Co-op Home. Whether grocery shopping at their Timberlands location, fueling up at one of their many locations, or doing a small or big home renovation and visiting their Riverside drive location. Their stores always offer everything we need. There’s something about their brand that our community is drawn to, it's a true pride in ownership. It is a very sad day when service people can't help with an order. I bought some shingles I went to the yard to collect them and this kid named Ethan, didn't have a clue where the product was and then when we did finally find it he stood there with his thumb up his butt and not even willing to help me. He saw me struggling trying to lift this bundle of shingles into the back of my truck and did nothing to help this is not good business I shall not be back to that store

~$50 of grass seed did NOT germinate. My theory is because they store the seed in the hot greenhouse under the sun instead of in the cool store where they store all other seeds.

I complained. No one cared. I'm excellent at growing grass seed. Don't waste money on grass seed here.

Helping a friend doing his kitchen reno's, suggested to him that we head to the Co-op home Center for some plumbing pieces we needed. Prices were on par with what I have experienced at some of the larger home box stores. The young sales attendant was knowledgeable and friendly. Good experience, thank you!!

Some staff are better than others but I've gotten to know some of the more knowledgeable people and they treat me well. I do find some of their prices high compared to other stores but they also have a new renovation and good hours. 👍
