We wanted pressure treated plywood , 1/2” , charged us $89.99, took back as shopped around Home Depot and UFA $30.00 less a sheet! Ridiculous. Absolutely no different quality

I love going to the COOP hardware store or as my kids call it the “popcorn store” (free theatre spiced popcorn bags). The staff there do their best to find what I need. I do appreciate the odd times I need to return something or exchange something and I don’t have a receipt. They don’t bay an eye to give me store credit or do an exchange.
For a small town hardware store they’ve got stock on lots of products to help get jobs done inside and outside of the house. It’s nice to stay in town for things and not have to drive to Red Deer.

Went in to buy some pvc pipe today for my underwater sand waterfall for my fish tank aquarium. It was an Easter long weekend. Open Saturday. They had the pvc and the elbows that I needed to match up with the pvc. It was 3/4". It will work perfectly for what I need. I could only buy the pvc in a 10 ft piece, but they cut it for me to the right size. Great customer service. A quick in and out. Thank you, Innisfail Co-op. (I am from Drumheller, Ab. and I forgot to buy this in Red Deer when I was there, so I stopped in at Innisfail Co-op. Good choice!

Great service/friendly faces. I myself am not a big hardware guy, kind of a softie, plants are more my thing. The young lady in the garden centre was very sweet, helpful and gave me a good chuckle. Props to her!
