Community housing is meant to be a place where people feel safe, respected, and at home. The housing itself provides a good foundation for residents to build stability and peace of mind. However, I believe it’s important to speak honestly about what goes on behind the scenes.

One issue that stands out is the stereotyping and favoritism shown among some workers. Instead of focusing on people’s qualifications, effort, and dedication, decisions about positions and opportunities often seem to be based on skin color or personal bias. This is deeply concerning because it not only discourages capable individuals but also creates division where there should be unity.

Every person deserves to be judged fairly by the right criteria experience, skills, and commitment not by assumptions or stereotypes. Community housing should stand as an example of equality and fairness, and I hope leadership takes steps to correct these practices so the environment can truly match the values it is supposed to represent.

Entirely unresponsive. 4 months iv been trying to contact them, they will not respond
. They have kept property , damaged property , illegally evicted me in the middle of medical emergency, and continue to sweep it under the rug when I was foolish enough to think they'd do the right thing and house me. So I passed up a meeting with the mla and another gentleman with a BIG voice I'll leave his name out. No more. I have no choice but to stand up to this ignorance. Now I have to be that guy. Cuz they're being irresponsible and unprofessional.
