Canadian North is the only airport currently who serves a meal on every flight economy class. Well prepared meals, whether hot or cold. They have the most amazing staff from the staff at the check in counter to ground staff to flight attendance. Keep it up Canadian North. I'm hoping the fares will be reviewed in the near future though to be more affordable

The check in staff have always been very helpful, acomidating, and friendly to me. The odd time flight destinations may be delayed or cancelled due to weather, but they have always given us a heads up that this may be a possibility before leaving the Edmonton Airport. Also being at a destination where they have cancelled a flight (landing) is completely understandable due to road/runway conditions as they truely are looking out for our safety. The flight attendants have always been pleasant, and friendly on flights 444 and 445. They have always been curtious, respectful to myself and the passengers around me. Considering the number of hours the flight attendants and pilots work on some of these round trip flights with multiple stops, I am very impressed that they keep smiling they way they do. Keep up the great work Canadian North Team, as your efforts to make it as enjoyable as you can is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Great counter staff in Norman Wells. After a day of delays and finally getting to Norman Wells, but after cargo closed, the ladies went down to the warehouse and got my stuff!!! Could not have done my jobs without them.

Only flight to yellow knife with a hot meal. I take them regularly to Norman wells and have always had a good experience dealing with them.

Use their planes for work, 50/50 guess as to if you’re getting to work or not. Planes are always broke down and delayed
