Asked for help with CMHA for a non-mental health issue. Was told I'd get a call back on when to get a hand... no call back...

And it's ironic, for a place that supports people's mental health, to be so eerily depressing with their workers... You walk in to say hi, there is no friendly energy, they barely even acknowledge you... You ask for help, they look at you with a weird sadness... You say thank you for their help and they don't even acknowledge it, no "yep" or "you're welcome".

Not to be rude or to disrespect those who deal with mental health issues, but for someone who used to struggle with depression and still has CPTSD, I swear if you stick around these people, you will be more depressed and stressed with their lack of energy or friendliness. Mind-boggling.
