I don't understand the bad reviews. They have been very helpful and resolved issues with parcels having incorrect addresses. While it can be busy at times, that is not the fault of the employees.

If you can, PLEASE AVOID this Canada Post. I now make the drive on a weekly basis to visit a further Canada Post from me.

I was visiting this location on a daily basis to deliver packages and was never greeted with a hello or a smile. I have always felt so uncomfortable visiting this location. An employee who works here is SO rude to their customers I can't even comprehend it. I have witnessed an employee talk down to the customers several times. It's unfortunate because a lot of people don't know much about shipping, mail etc., unless you work with Canada Post.

Anyway, just avoid this location if you can.

I don’t know why people have wrote such bad reviews every single employee here is absolutely wonderful! I have many packages come through Canada post for our small business & everyone who works here has been so nice! I’m convinced the bad reviews are from people who have no idea what to do at a post office lol or from people trying to do something not possible

The old lady was rude to me but now she can't do enough for me she is vary nice to me and very kind she is vary very helpful.
I looking into getting a passport and she can't do enough for me she explained the process and how to go about filling out the form.
I was very pleased with how helpful she was.

Lady that works afternoon shifts with the short brown hair is so rude. Our family is new to the town and have to get our mail in person at the post office until we get a box. She is obsessed with my drivers license not having the correct address (I am waiting for my new one) and keeps lecturing me every time I go there about what if I get pulled over, not your business lady. We have met four times now. I shouldn’t even need to show id that I’m picking my mail up (no kidding we just moved). I brought my passport this time to avoid this and then get hassled about my passport and she starts looking through it and then chucks a sheet at me showing me proper forms of id. I’ve offered to show my home ownership papers every-time I go and I get attitude. Yesterday I had enough and told her to mind her own business about my documents and just get my mail.

Highly unprofessional employee never even greeted with a hello.

This old lady with Grey hair working as the teller was grumpy from start to finish.

No hello and no goodbye she just took my package this afternoon dated Thursday November 17, 2022 and walked to the back room.

If she hates her job I suggest that she has to look for a new job elsewhere.

After months and months of serving me (mask exemption with documentation) both employees Ruth-Ann and Deb treated me like a second class citizen today. Trying their best not to serve me. Insulting, sarcastic and against my rights. My documentation is from November 18, 2020. I do not require to disclose my exemption but I do anyways for less hassle. Deb saying "oh, you are one of those human rights people". Are you kidding me? You are a federal employee and both of you should really educate yourselves. Ruth-Ann says..."is there anyone else who can do this for you?" Really? So the man who works out 7 days a week, takes vitamins and follows public health and is up to date on his immunizations. Gets treated poorly by 2 federal employees. Wow. Disgusting. Reading previous reviews seems like there is a coaching, and or counseling opportunity for both employees. I was also told that the other 9 or 10 times I've been in...without a mask...it was never noticed... really? And on the actual PDF download on the Canada' Post website - section 4.2 - 5th point down says....persons receiving alternate accommodations under the Canadian Human Rights Act based on an inability

This post office has lost 2 item I shipped with tracking costing me thousands of dollars I think they’re up to something taking valuable mail packages!!!! They should fire everyone there if there allowing something like this to happen at a federal post office absolutely disgusted with customer service just a complete joke I don’t understand looking at the reviews of this post office how it’s still running
