Such an amazing group of people that provide help without judgement. CFB is truly more than just a food bank - I have participated in many of their programs ranging from cooking classes for kids, nutrition and cooking for adults, health management sessions - all of which were virtual and allowed me to connect with others in similar situations. A huge shout out to Chai, Vanessa and Chantelle!!!!

amazing atmosphere and feeling, very kind volunteers. it was my first time using a foodbank and the feeling of mutual support and respect in the air was very touching. if you can manage the time, do feel free to volunteer with them.

Employees and volunteers are pleasant to interact with. Everyone is treated with dignity.
A food pick up is sometimes helpful but not always. There are other programs and resources available for help with employment and contacts for mental health..
