They can't even withdraw the right amount for the mortgage and when it was time for a renewal of my mortgage they sent me a document that was 5-year amortization instead of a 5-year term and my mortgage payment was supposed to be $2,222 a month, really?! When it came time for covid-19 and the deferral program I asked for documentation so I could read or at least see a receipt of what sort of cost I was going to incur because there's always a cost with banks. They don't spend any time with you unless they could make money! Money money! They are just pathetic as the big five!

Would give ZERO stars if I could. The absolute WORST bank to ever deal with. They never get back to you, especially Isabella. They lie to your face, pretend to care, and then you never hear from them until you literally “chase” them down. Stay away from the Regent branch.

If you want to be a member for the better part of 25 years and then when you try to borrow money have to basically go thru a full body cavity search to get even $5.00. Then this is the place to go 🙂

No ATM there. They even have a sign on the door - "No ATM". I don't know why Google thinks there is one there. Wouldn't hurt if they were to put one in there. There is a lack of Credit Union ATMs downtown.

This location is a corporate office. I will be voting for it's closure at the next AGM as it cost money and serves no purpose to the people who keep the lights on.
