Poor service by Manager, had "Carol," on name tag, daughter and I were shamed for only spending$ 20.00, all we could afford. Never ever has a manager, not cashier ever commented we were" being cheap. " Other times certain staff have been super rude, accused me of trying to buy lottery tickets for my daughter Looks to be common rude and ignorant treatment here. Most of my friends also have had horrible experience here, especially with this same manager.. not coming back here ever. Most Co-ops in Alberta are a thousand times better than here with service,selection. And prices!!

Co-op Rocky Ridge is hands down the best grocery store in the neighborhood! They offer an excellent selection of fresh produce that keeps me coming back every week. The convenience of the plaza is unbeatable, with a Co-op gas station right there and its famous car wash that’s always bustling for a good reason—the quality is exceptional. Whether you’re shopping for groceries or fueling up, this is the perfect one-stop spot. Highly recommended!

We all experience very lacking customer service these days so when a store has actual friendly and helpful staff, you notice it. The cashiers here are always so nice and polite, other staff are often right there to take my cart or basket as soon as I’m done with it. I often see managers out on the floor, actually working and being present. There’s care put into this store and it shows. I prefer to pay a bit more for groceries here than to brave the crowds and terrible service at cheaper stores. Keep up the good work guys, you are very appreciated!

I don't usually shop at this location as we live very close to the Crowfoot location. My family and I were recently sent sideways with that specific Store Manager's response to observations I made around that produce department and deli so I took the extra 15 minutes to drive out to Rocky Ridge 🚗 🪪

My family has been shopping at Coop for over a decade and love the selection, especially the new Cal&Gary brand development. The chips are insanely delicious; they're the brown russets like they have back home on the East Coast (Im a PEI boy so I know my Spuds!)

🥔 Snag all of the flavours and toss them in a bowl for a 'flurry of flavours' just like them Storm Chips, iykyk

What a pleasant experience, this store had a vibe going on. It was busy, produce was full and quite clean. The staff around the store were cheerful even though their debit machines were giving them heck (it happens, all good). It's just so obvious when people care 🙏🏻 😄

I couldn't help but notice how Kim was doing a fantastic job on the self checkout as I waited in line. Obviously people are frustrated their card might not have worked but she stayed positive and helpful and didn't seem effected by the holiday chaos. I had a coupon in my hand, ready to turn around for help and she was right there "hey I got that for you! :)" ....well done and much appreciated.

Coop can be a bit more expensive but when it's clean, inviting and the staff are happy to be there - it's worth it.

I would say that there is life in this store! I do recommend based on my first time shopping here.

Manager is hugely insensitive,rude and poor with customer service skills. Carol, glasses..my elderly father and I will never waste time asking for her again or shop here period.. abrupt rude,we just wanted assistance with grocery carry to car from staff...

Original posting on 11/02/2024: It's unbelievable how much trash is lying around and behind the building of this store, and nobody seems to care about it. I live in Rockyspring Grove and go for a walk periodically walking between the main building and the liquor store, and there is all kind of trash in the grass not collected for months. Please send someone to remove it and tidy the area before snow falls on top of it. I will make a picture when I walk there next time.

Update on 11/17/2024: Sure enough nothing was done to remove trash over 2 week period. I went to see the area today and made several pictures how it looked now. I suggest for anyone who lives nearby to boycott this store and do not shop here until they clear all trash.
