Touchless Car wash: Quality of wash has deteriorated over time in last 2 years. Not enough soap as it used to be to cover car surface . Car is never clean after wash. My Car has panorama roof, so can see entire moment of soap and water). Spray nozzle don't even cover entire width of car. A foot in the centre remains without soap or direct water. On previous occasions, reported in shop, asked for refund once, happily refunded but no willingness to fix things. If this feedback means anything, I would expect car wash Quality to improve and a respect for business the community brings to this car wash and gas bar.

I was only 5 cents off for a pepsi because I did not know they went up in price. Theres an old lady there who is actually so rude she said I did not have enough and just dropped my change on the counter and did not hand it too me some fell on the ground. You know how embarrassing that is? Then my friend who was with me had some change in his credit card 30 cents he's ik we broke. But when he handed her my change and said he would pay the rest on card she said it was ok WOW OK. Atleasti got the pepsi

Terrible service. Came for propane and was told there was a delivery so I would have to wait 5min. After waiting for 10 and another customer having arrived I went back inside and was told that it was still going to be awhile and it would be best if I went elsewhere. Asked if there was a manager and was told that those were the managers instructions. Will not return to this location.

Used full service today because, winter.

Marina was our attendant and was super friendly and great at her job.

I wanted to tip her because it is freezing cold and she said she is not allowed to take tips. Because I can’t tip her, you give her a raise!

No cream or milk for their coffee or tea. Cars having to do their own full serve while the 2 workers stand inside an empty store chatting. Not good service at all

Co-op AIRDRIE is $1.39, Co-op country and metis trail is $1.28.
Please explain why we are been overcharged? We need to stop buying gas in Airdrie for a while.

Newer gas bar that opened a few months back- ample space around the gas pumps so no waiting around parked oddly waiting to fill up. Windshield cleaning supplies always topped up and recycling bins in close proximity to deposit your empty washer fluid or oil containers. The store interior is laid out very well and is extremely clean and well-ordered. Tried the car was last week and its a newer touchless car wash as it did an excellent job. Would highly recommend.

If I could give it 0 stars I would.
Brought my propane tank to be filled this afternoon. The lady was so incredibly rude I couldn't believe it. She refused to fill the tank because there was a small amount of rust on the top. I just had it filled at the other co op last week. She continued to be rude and give me attitude until I left. I went to the other co op by A&W and they filled it without any problems. Will NEVER go back to this location and I hope that old hag looses her job!
