I visited the store today while looking for some rye flour to make bread. This store was the only one in Goderich with such a big variety of products. The owner was super nice and helped me with my purchase. I will definitely make this store my main source for food indigriends and I also recommed it to anyone who looks for rare buys with a good price.

Wonderful customer service. Lots of good stuff in the store to choose from from laundry, household cleaning food and even ice cream in the summer and freeze dried items. All year-round! Love how she posts on the door her hours including when she’s closed for lunch it makes it much easier to plan to shop there.

This store is such a wonderful addition to our community. I really enjoy speaking with the knowledgeable owner. They have a fantastic set of values and also some really great prices on common and not so common ingredients. I really like that they sell things by weight so you don't need to buy a tonne (like candy eyeballs for putting on cookies and everything)

My child has this to say : "What I love about Zero Waste Store is that is reminds me of Honey Dukes from Harry Potter. It's amazing to have such a store in Goderich. I love it because it is enchanting and because it's a zero waste store. It even has a tiny look and find with rocks (My favourite) It has a lot of candy...some I've never laid eyes on before! I bought a candy that I'd never tasted before and it was delicious! I thought the jars that they kept the candies in were so cute."

With 3 people working why is a closure for a half hour lunch necessary? When I walked in 4 mins early, I should have never waited outside and went back in after. I would understand completely if the owner was alone. But staff was rude so I will never return.

Edited to add that the fact that the owner sent me a threatening message, really makes me wonder how many other people she has threatened with a lawsuit for leaving their honest review and experiences .
