Great experience, personal and respectful. Apps and online banking rarely go down. Chip cards always work. Getting a meeting with a person is always easy.

I’ve been with Bayview for over 17 years and these past few months things have happened that we’re not good and I never had any issues with them up till about 5 or 6 months ago and after being with them for over 17 years, I will be switching banks in the new year and have already decided on the new bank.....For example, I called this week and left messages 2 days in a row and no call. Funny how they only replied back to the one person who had something nice to say.

Switched banks and had to swap over a loan payment to my new bank account. When I went in no one had any idea how it's done. They said they'd have to call me. Went in the next day and filled out the form.

Just went in today because the payment never came out. Again they didn't know what was going on and said they'd have to call me. They call me 5 minutes later saying they accidentally put it in backwards. Asked me to come back in and make the payment. Ended up having to make a triple payment the next month to make up for it.

Very glad I switched banks, on top of being very behind technology they also seem to have no idea how to switch the account that payments come out of.

Update: they ended up counting it as a missed payment on my credit report and I had to go back in a fourth time to get that fixed as well.

Update 2: had to go back again for the 5th time 2 months later because the missed payment is still showing on my credit report. Manager said she'd call me the next day. She calls me and says no one ever filled out the form and sent it like they said they would. I have filed a complaint with the fcnb

Cannot stress enough for people to please not use bayview. Staff either don't know how to do things or say they will then when you leave just completely forget about it

Debit cards expire and they say its not for another year....now without money for the weekend as i dont have a debit card and they do nothing to help you.
