I had a large donation for the Food Bank. When I arrived at the Clarence street location I was told that donations were not accepted there and that I should take them to 111 Sherwood Dr. I was given a map. This location was VERY DIFFICULT to find and I had to go back twice and phone for mare detailed descriptions before finally finding the drop off. I sent more donations last week from our church with another volunteer. I gave them the address and directions given to me but they came back to the church saying they could not find the drop off location. You need to be more clear on your website as to where organizations can take donations. Donating has become very frustrating.

These establishments are what keep Homeless from starving as well as Helping Low Income Homes , Single Parents and everyone else who is in need. I don't even know how to begin to express my appreciation for the Establishment the Friendly Volunteers and especially Those Who Donate. I consider Places like this the Rock of Social Needs to Carry on, From the Bottom of my Heart Thank You all
