Reception staff were very kind and tolerant to other patients belligerence. Unfortunately the clinic only opened for 1.5 hours on the day of our visit and apparently we would have needed to line up around 7am to get one of the 9-10 coveted spots in the 1:30-3pm clinic that day. Didn’t get in. Was the only clinic in the area. Ended up driving to montague hospital so we could spend another 8 hours waiting there. Something appears broken in the P.E.I. health care system. When you can say the Ontario system is superior you know there is a problem.

Staff ignore you. Doctors are rude and have no bedside manner. And misdiagnosed me twice before I could finally get to my family doctor who had the problem fixed overnight.
Not to mention they look down upon people with mental health issues and belittle you if you do.
Only go here if you are a "normal" person with a "common" easy to diagnose illness. And never expect anything more than a "you're fine" even if you have pneumonia, obviously that doesn't need an antibiotic, go away and go to the hospital if you still feel sick.

We are from out of town. The staff were all great. They gave us a time to return. Everything was smooth and the Doctor we saw seemed very knowledgeable and was great with us. I read the previous reviews and was a little hesitant, so wanted to share my positive experience.

If i could give a 0 star rating i would. I rely on this clinic to take my money and provide me with a wart treatment. I call everyday that im going and get told theres a nurse there at 1 till 3. I show up at 2 i also drive all the way down from summerside just for this particular thing. I can not believe the service i was given today if they arent taking patients till 3pm why say on the phone that i can get a wart treatment at anytime between those hours. How ignorantly told that i wasnt getting a wart treatment was great to. Great professionalism i will never be back!

Dr Champion is the worst Doctor on PEI. She lies to her patients. During my visit she promised to give me a referral to a specialist. Then next day she changed her mind, Worst part was not even calling herself having someone at her office call and cancel the referral

You can have a signs of stroke while talking to the receptionist and they will still send you away. PEI Health Care is a joke.

Dr lantz i just cannot thank you enough you are amazing helped me with my bad migranes etc. and Dr paul is also great he helped me few times and Receptionist Girl sarah she is amazing very calm and relaxed great people geniunily try there best to help you,
