This morning our garbage and recycling was picked up. For the fourth time in the last year or so, your garbage and recycling collectors chose to leave a huge mess of waste all over the ground at the end of our driveway.

I am not one to complain, but at this point enough is enough. I am aware that it is a machine that picks up the bins and dumps them into the truck and sometimes accidents happen. But my issue is the fact that none of your employees have the courtesy to quickly pick up the mess that they have made before they leave.

It is not only disrespectful and rude, it is also pure laziness in my opinion. I am six months pregnant and have been dealing with pain and discomfort, and I was forced to pick up a bunch of waste off the ground left by your team. The waste was also blown by the wind into our field and I had to walk throughout our field to collect it.

Currently drive at BRA. The jobs like any other with it’s ups and downs, but hours are available with a good pension and decent pay. The jobs nothing like I have had before but 5 years here now and still trucking.

This morning my sister was a little late in getting the garbage to the curb. Our lane is .2 of a km long and my sister is disabled (uses a cane and has atrial fibrillation). The driver first waited for her and then when he saw how exhausted she was becoming carrying the bags and trying to use her cane, he came and met her half way on the lane and took the bags. I cannot thank this driver enough for his kindness and patience. It was most genuinely appreciated.

I hate it how do you wheel them threw the snow from the back yard they look trashy sitting in your driveway the recycling one is big to last a month of recycling and the garbage one is so small it might last 4-5 days and I will stick with my bags I don't think it was thought out very well and you should have a choice if you want to use them. I'm so angry with this!! Remember the days when they got out of the truck and did the garbage and recycling! When my garbage pick up is every 2 weeks and they give me one small bin that will be full in 4-5 days screw it bags it is!!

Forgot they were coming earlier than usual so we missed getting emptied so I called and they said to put out the next day. They came and emptied them. Great service!

Fast loading. Go to scale first, park truck on it and Go inside, same thing after loading.
They have washroom for drivers.

I got a new garbage bin, one up from the small bin. How much more is it going to cost me a month
