This was my first time there.
The foyer and office I met is very nice. They also offer you water, coffee and tea.
I met with Kevin Kwon, who took his time and was friendly and very knowledgeable. He worked with several big banks over 10 years before and was very helpful in helping me to make the right choices.
I am looking forward to meet in time with him again and hear his advice.
Unfortunately I forgot to take some photos. Next time.

We had a mortgage with blueshore and were working with this specific branch over the course of around 6 years. Our initial financial advisors were very good, but the turn around rate is high, as we would get a new advisor every other year. Our last one, who apparently no longer worked there, was MIA all the time. Our mortgage renewal was coming up and we asked for a renewal offer 3 months prior to the renewal date. Our advisor said to wait till the rate came down. We waited and waited, and a few weeks before renewal, we were told by their manager that they don't mail out renewal notice, and we would just agree on a rate. Fortunately we were proactive enough to have started mortgage shopping on our own months ago and got a much better rate with a major bank instead.

Although disappointed with the branch, I appreciated the fast response from Armand. This is probably the one positive thing I can say about this branch.

This location has wonderful, caring staff, that are willing to go to the wall for you! If it's banking, chat or even a nice tea, this is one of my favorite banks I've ever dealt with!

My local BlueShore was in North van.
Now this is my local branch.
I could just use online banking. But live close enough I just pop in on my motorcycle.
There is a lady here called Vesa.
I cannot tell you how good she has been..I just show up with all my utility bills plonk them on the counter.
Now when I do it online ..I’m like this is annoying on a sunny day.

Ok so this is 2 years after my first review and I couldn't leave a second one so I up dating my first one two years later.
I was supposed to go to Kelowna this weekend to give daughter them money for her final education payment.
But I was sick and couldn't go. I had certified check I picked up a few days earlier.
So I went here ( feeling like crap) and I luckily got Angela..I had my mask on as I didn't want to catch what I had.
My glasses were steamed up.
Angela suggested I pay my certified check back into my account and send my daughter a e transfer.
I did that half blind, glasses steaming up feeling like a sick dog.
Thanks I really appreciated her help.

I was very disappointed at the service this time. I've gone to this branch for my mother for at least 8 years & never so discourteous.
I was only depositing a cheque & the teller was entering information on the computer for quite some time before she acknowledged me by looking at me. When I gave her the cheque & my driver's license she continued to enter information on the computer. When I asked if there was a problem she said no & continued on her computer. I have no idea what she was entering because there's not that much info on a cheque & she wasn't asking me any questions. No explanation, no courtesy, no professionalism.
