Magnifique vue du jacuzzi sur la caldeira. Appartement très propre et très bien situé. Personnels aux petits soins, très attentifs à nos demandes. Séjour parfait. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésiter.

The restaurant is warm, welcoming and spotless. Our party of 3 all ordered different dishes and we were all beyond pleased. Delicious! The menu is varied they have a great selection of tap and bottled beers and a full bar. A+, keep up the good work!!!!!

We currently live in the UK and when visiting family in Okotoks, we have visited the Black Diamond hotel on numerous occasions lunch and dinner.

We have eaten here for a few years now and the food, servers and prices are very good indeed.

Well recommended if you're in town.

Having worked in the hospitality industry for nearly three decades, I've stayed at hotels all over the world, from 2 to 5 Stars and even 7 diamonds! ||This little hotel rates right up there with the best we've stayed in. We were traveling as family with young children, aged 6 and 8. The website is very clear that no minors are allowed at the Bar/Restaurant but the Hotel itself was perfect for us and exceeded our expectations.||There is an Esso gas station just across the street and a Tim Hortons a few blocks down... I had phoned a week earlier to book and when I mentioned we were traveling with kids, I was also told by the gal who had answered that no kids were allowed downstairs in the dining area, just the hotel.... This did not matter to us but it was great that it was mentioned again during the booking process, even though I had already read it online on their website.||I was so grateful to get a room! We had been trying to find a hotel in the area for over two weeks and they were completely booked up. This was such a little gem to stay in! The thing that struck us first was how clean the whole building was, not just my room but even the stairwell!||Our unit had everything we needed: air conditioning; hot water with good pressure, microwave, coffee/tea; extra blankets and pillows. The bed was super comfortable, linens fresh and clean...||In summary, this was a great stay and we highly recommend BDH to anyone travelling through the area. You will not be disappointed!

The dining room is a throwback and looks great. It feels like an old school saloon. Service was alowand not overly friendly. The food was average at vest|Nothing original about the menu. The food does not feel homemade. There are better options around.
