On Sunday, we decided to go for a country drive, and on the way home to Calgary we stopped in at the North Fork Elk Ranch, and this only confirmed our decision to have a BBQ that night. We were welcomed with enthusiasm and a willingness to ensure that we have a positive experience at our first attempt to cook elk meat. Thank-you for your generosity of spirit and I must say, the elk tenderloin was sensational! Their dog Chuck was just as friendly, so go and check them out! You will not be disappointed!

My wife and I just finished dinner, we each had a new York cut of elk cooked on the BBQ. I eat mine blue rare and my wife likes hers medium. I must say they were absolutely the best steaks we have ever had.

Amazing product and for larger orders can order custom 1/2 and 1/4 Elk orders. They butcher monthly. We drive from Calgary for this and make a stop at The Saskatoon Farm along the way for Lunch and Pie.
