I received a notification about a review of Black Creek Property Management written 2 years ago. At the time I cautioned people about questionable business practices. Black Creek Industries shares the same logo and advertising photos. I note that roofing is not an activity they promote. Given that on the second anniversary of my review has me distributing buckets to catch the leaks from the roof that was the source of my experience, I felt the need to refresh my review. Gary is not reliable. He does not stand behind his work and is not shy about submitting false claims. He did not pay the judgment made against his false claims. He did change the name of the company, a common ploy of unscrupulous contractors. I would be glad to provide the legal record to anyone who is concerned about these statements.

We just completed a commercial renovation and new build. From the planning, design, build and completion, they were very professional. I appreciated the communication and transparency throughout the entire renovation. They were very responsive and efficient with their work. I would recommend Gary and his team for your next project.
