Great staff! Very friendly and helpful! They actually understand and treat people like human beings. They go above and beyond for their clients and help them to feel like they actually have value. There’s showers and laundry services, bathrooms and tvs. Place to charge your electronics. They serve food everyday and coffee. They help to make sure your needs are met. There’s a community closet if you need clothing. They have everything you could ask for in a safe environment if you’re down on your luck and need help in any type of way. 10/10. Housing help mental health help clothing help food help hygiene help. This is by far the friendliest and realest place to be if you’ve found yourself at rock bottom and need a hand up and need your basic needs met to help feel like a human being again. Love this place.

I was on the verge of being homeless. This place was beyond amazing. Gwendolyn went above and beyond to help me. She gave me really great advice moving forward. Recieved really good ideas on budgeting, and saving money. I can not say enough good things about Community Bridges. And especially Gwendolyn. This is a great place. Would highly recommend.

I applied for the Bridge program as I am at risk of being evicted. The person who called me back after my application was quite rude. I was told they would not help unless I can prove I have enough income to support myself. I expressed how that confuses me since I wouldn't need help if I was able to support myself with my income. Anyone else ever experience this? Very disappointing, I'm in a really tough spot and it seems noone can help.

They really care about there clients. Amazing customer service, out going, informative, and really great at providing the best supports and resources. Helping anyone who had the desire to obtain employment and any resources or things needed to start a job. Special shout out To Brigid Q for all her support and amazing customer service!

Well it's winter time so there's usually a line up to get in there. Be prepared to wait 5-10 minutes. They have meals and sometimes it's really good. The staff there are great. They do their best to help. Just ask. Good place to take a shower and do laundry.

It's a good agency with good intentions and great staff(I do taxes there) they try hard to help. It's the caliber of some people that go there that disgusts me . Some treat it like their own personal garbage can. They act so intitled because of their race. I'm white and proud but I'm not an as.ho.e about it. Everyone is accepted there regardless. Too bad all the patrons didn't get that. If uou need any kind of help, you can get it there or they can point you in the right direction. Thanks Bissell centre

I absolutely love the "newer" layout with the laundry across from the washrooms, it more than triples the number of people who can be helped*, the heater tube outside entry takes the bite off cold mornings,if only it wasn't in wind tunnel of old CN corridor (*something putting cleaning supplies at laundry alone wouldnt have helped) .
