Mark, our instructor was extremely knowledgeable in the subject matter, approachable friendly and provided numerous learning opportunities using a wide range of resources which were interactive, fun and engaging! Mark was an excellent instructor and we are grateful for his efforts! With that, I do believe it necessary for Big Hearts First Aid to make available padding when individuals students are required to do floor work when practicing/demonstrating CPR skills. This would be an overall better experience for those that suffer from chronic knee and back pain, and will help students avoid future discomfort or risk of further injury. This will only enhance individual learning and promote continued success for both Big Hearts First Aid and their future students.

Mark was the best instructor ever. He made the first aid class very interactive and knowledgeable. He took the time to make sure everyone in the class has learned the skill he was teaching before he moved on to the next lesson as well. He even let me use his phone for the online portions because my phone didn’t have data. Make is truly the G.O.A.T. Big hearts rocks!

Excellent First Aid Training!

BigHearts First Aid provided a top-notch seminar led by Kaitlyn and Mark, who were clear, concise, and full of practical advice. Their confidence and experience really showed, and they made sure no question went unanswered. I left the training feeling much more prepared and informed than when I arrived. Highly recommended!

I had the privilege of having Kaitlyn as my instructor for my first aid course. I was very nervous going into it but she made the environment warm and welcoming. Her positive energy was contagious and she managed to keep us all engaged despite the long day. Kaitlyn made the experience fun while still taking the topics seriously and properly educating.
