I went middle of the road for stars on this one. When I prebooked I asked how warm the pool was they said between 82 to 86 degrees. It felt like 76 to 78. We weren't prepared for that on this cold winter day. The place is very neat and tidy. The reception girls are very friendly and courteous. It wasn't busy and lots of space to swim

I don't feel the pool lifeguard situation is safe. I reported to the office a couple of weeks ago that the lifeguard on duty told us she was working the full day without breaks. The lifeguard said this to a class of 20 people. She was not feeling well and had the participants in the class spray water on her. The office said it didn't happen!!! The next week, the same lifeguard jumped into the pool and joined the aquafit class! That just isn't right.

I’ve now hosted two birthday parties here for my kids and both experiences have been great. The staff is friendly and helpful, the facility was clean and ready to go on time, and I felt the kids were in a safe environment to be their crazy selves.

Truly inspiring and incredible work is being done here for the kids in the city of Kingston. The Boys and Girls Club in Kingston has seamlessly integrated robotics into their program, unveiling a new dimension of inspiration for the young minds they nurture.

Highly recommended volunteering for those seeking to be part of a transformative initiative that combines fun and education seamlessly!!
