Nader and his team did an incredible job creating a safe stable living space in my backyard. I live on a gully on a green space and was dealing with an unstable soil situation and also needed a new retaining wall. Nader is an amazing engineer and he drafted a plan that completely addressed the situation in my yard. The team working at the site were friendly efficient and hard working. I was impressed with the professionalism shown by the whole team. I now have a beautiful area where I can relax and enjoy the privacy provided by the treed green space. Thank you! If you need a retaining wall or other work done in your yard I would highly recommend Nader and his team.

I highly recommend BC Foundations who recently completed work to correct subsidedence of our garage supporting pillars (Coldstream BC). We are very satisfied with the job they did. Highly professional, extremely reliable and and excellent communicators Nader, Eric and Daniel went above and beyond in completing the project on time and within the estimated budget. The company takes pride in doing a good job and their work ethic is evident. A COMPLETION REPORT FOR UNDERPINNING REPAIR was signed by Nader who is a professional engineer. I had completed my due diligence before deciding on BC Foundations and confirmed Nader is a current member of Engineers and Geoscientists British Columbia and the company held the correct cover from Worksafe BC. I felt confident in them from the initial assessment/ diagnosis, providing a correction plan to the execution of the work. Of the 3 quotes I received they were not only the most competitive but also the most analytical and solution focused. One company raised huge concerns about the gradient to the side of the garage adding significant contingency costs to the estimate. Eric figured out a work around in about 5 seconds flat and they have equipment for the helical piles that allowed flexibility to safely complete the work despite the gradient. Thank you for a job well done Nader, Eric and Daniel. The best all round experience we have had with a contractor over the years renovating our home.

The BCFoundations team is a pleasure to work with.
