I can't say enough good things about Ballantrae Pharmacy. The team truly takes the time to get to know you, and the pharmacist is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. They make sure you fully understand your prescription and ask all the right questions to ensure your safety. It’s a level of care that’s hard to find.

Until you experience this kind of attention, you don’t realize what you’re missing. Unlike other big-name pharmacies like Shoppers, who have asked me to wait over a day to fill a prescription, Ballantrae is always there when you need them. It’s so reassuring to know the team filling your prescription not only knows you but genuinely cares. Highly recommend!

The fact your opening store hours says 930 am and its 940 am amd still doors are locked is insane

Very rude and unprofessional. Saw me in line and was talking to another customer who already paid yet she couldn’t check out my items for me while talking for some reason. I was on my period and bled through because of that. Another time I had gone i was looking at what they had as it was my first time and I was followed and questioned by a worker as if I was stealing something when I did not, simple due to me being young and how I dressed. Very very rude.

Ballantrae Pharmacy has been our Pharmacy for 12 years. The Pharmacist’s, Beverley and staff are super….. friendly, courteous and when it comes to medication they explain how to take it, when to take and the side effects if any it may have. They make you feel like part of the family.
My wife and I unfortunately are starting to creep up in age so when we don’t feel like going out for the most part they even provide delivery service.

Good pharmacy & great to pick up the little things you need but I have came here multiple times and they never seem to open on the time that they have posted on their website. Today again I waited over 12 minutes past their posted time
