The Canadian Organization has taken care of us since we arrived in Canada, even though there are some employees whose behavior is unacceptable or who do not send full details, but we should also not forget that there is a good team that deals with them and we involve them in helping them.

Все залежить від людини яка там працює. Є дійсно добрі, але їх одиниці.
На жаль, дійсно доброго досвіду в спілкуванні з АНС немає. Часом розумієш що вони відкрито брешуть або замовчують. Або «посилають» тебе не коректними відповідями.
А ще прикро, що українці які працюють як кейс менеджери загалом не дуже люблять свій народ, та дозволяють собі бути токсичними та не виконувати свої обовʼязки правильно, неважливо чи ввічливий ти з ними чи ні.

We are newcomers from Ukraine and we came here to St. John's, NL, following the invitation of the Provincial Immigration program . We tried to contact to many organizations here but nobody helped us. They only send us one to another or just ignore our phone calls and voicemails. Due to the housing crisis here and lack of work I strongly DO NOT recommend anybody to come here if you don't want to stay homeless in the cold streets of St. John's.
