Recently had an awesome fantastic experience with Stephanie E at the Gateway Branch, as someone fairly versed in the lending and real-estate landscapes I could tell Stephanie was well seasoned and extremely knowledgeable in her position. Stephanie has a positive, polite, member first mentality. I look forward to bringing more business to ACU!

Sometimes it always sucks when your bank is bought from another bank There were some troubles transitioning from entegra to Assiniboine.
But aside from that, after a death in our family, Stephanie E. has been so patient and well, amazing to work with. She truly had outstanding professionalism, customer service and I foresee a great leader in her.

We were transferred from Regent ACU to here and are so very pleased with how helpful this branch is. They go above and beyond with everything. So glad they’re closer to home now too!!!

I tried using the ATM machine and took my card , I never entered anything . The machine just stated out of order and kept my card .
I called support was cut of several times had to keep trying . Then was blatantly lied and mislead . Was told wait till they open and pick up your card why he have support for them to just elaborate and feed you garbage information. Should pay staff for literally working .
during business hours . The card is no longer available how dare they waste my time, lie and not know their own policies. .
