It's fabulas low income housing direct access to everything. Each suit has direct access outside no corridors and foyas carpet upstairs laminate downstairs easy to clean the landlord is a caring landlord. Laundry on site my suit has its own laundry just off the creek and playground for family's on sight and much more.birthday party room

I was kicked out while living with my girlfriend for spray painting the roots of a tree that was exposed and were causing tripping Hazzards daily.. I asked if I could put dirt down. I was told no so I thought spray paint the big tree roots lime green. Well I was the evicted the very next day. With no place to go other than the streets.. thank you BC Housing and Arbor Creek. Following up they then asked me to put dirt down to cover up the spray paint on the roots. Witch I did eventually as my gf still lives there. And now I've put lots of dirt in place of the roots and added grass seed.. that you'd never know there was big exposed roots lying above the ground there. 🤷

The management at arbor Creek evicted me wrongly has no just cause I have a child and I have no place to live they say they help families but they seem to slowly destroy my family I'm a single dad with my son and we're struggling the worst it's ever been now they set me up with full dreams and hopes The society should I don't know take another look at what they really do for people it's not much when it comes to single dads with children seem to me that they hate men
