When I saw a convoy of clean well maintained vehicles parked in front of my house and was greeted by Alex I knew I was in good hands, each operator had a function in the project they performed like a well oiled machine from the labourer to the boss. After completion the only visible signs of the project was the water meter installation and the repair to the road.Another good job by Approved Services.Thanks Pete

I don't understand why this company only has 11 reviews. Alex and his team are one of the most competent, professional, and hard working crews I've ever dealt with.

Our water mainline had burst. I called for someone to come out to take a look. Alex showed up right away to come give us a quote. Right out of the gate, he knew what needed to be done and broke down the price ranges depending on different variables that could happen while the work was being done. He spoke with confidence that reassured us that we would be taken care of.

During that visit he explained to us how to get water to our house temporarily and even provided us with a inspection report to give to the insurance company, before we even agreed to have the work done by them. He gave us a price, we shopped around, and ultimately found that they were the route to take.

They pulled all the permits needed to get the work started, organized the home inspection after the work was completed, installed all the necessary hardware so our water system was up to code, and cleaned up the mess that ultimately comes from a job like this. It was a very seamless operation. Unfortunately our site proved to be difficult, and the bill was at the top of the spectrum, but it wasn't anything we weren't prepared for after the initial visit.

The crew worked hard, didn't mind me watching or asking questions while the work was being done, and were actively problem solving when things weren't going right. Kudos to them.

I will confidently recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

If I could give them 100 stars, I would. My wife and I had our waterline burst at our new house, and it became quite the ordeal. Figuring out where the leak was between the cities side and our side and living on a grade that required the dig to be over 8ft deep at the shallowest point - our driveway took quite the beating.

Once discovered to be on our end, we were recommended to call Approved Services and they were at my house in literally minutes from calling. I am not kidding. It was maybe 20-30 mins when they arrived. Steve and Alex came over and, after a few minutes, they had a whole plan concocted to run a brand new water line.
The team was ready to go the next morning at 7am.

Steve's entire team came out and they had dug out, replaced the line, and moved the water meter all in one day. They came the next morning to backfill in the excavated land. Approved Services are a well oiled machine, and the team is full of spectacular people who are kind, caring, and lots of fun to have around. The job was finished and inspected all in under 48 hours and it was the smoothest process I could've ever imagined. In fact, I couldn't even have imagined it - it was way beyond my expectations and I have been singing their praises ever since. The long and the short of it is - if you don't hire Approved Services, you're making a huge mistake.
