Went for our apt today at Alterna at 410 progress ave . The bank manager and ast bank manager both took the time to chat. Very friendly. Prabhdeep , was amazing. He was Kind ,considerate ,and very respectful What a great employee. Very pleased with this credit union. You can tell when people love their jobs. Thanks again

The officer was patient in explaining the investments; was knowledgeable about various investments; had many good suggestions but was not pushy; no repeated questions were too much; officer's inviting ways made us feel welcome and encouraged us to talk.

Alterna Bank, your online banking option... Sucks! Terrible customer service, autodeposit disruptions that don't occur with other institutions, lack of customer resources. Just terrible.
