It's really old-school. Narrow aisles, vaguely-organized stacks of books all over the place. If you're looking for the latest bestsellers head to Chapters, but if you want to wander around a place that smells like books and make some fascinating discoveries head here.

What a great book shop. Books and all sorts of interesting paper ephemera including old photos. Many author signed books, first editions etc. If you are looking for a hard to find old book this is the place to look.
Parking available right beside the shop.

An... interesting little place to go to and, explore. I would not say they have a very good or wide selection, it is mainly just very old and obscure books, not even really from authors you have heard about. You may be able to find a nice little gem here, but my fiancé and I weren't able to find anything of note or that interested us.

The shelves were pretty bare and it was a cramped and small space. Very obviously just the front part of their house hastily converted into a makeshift store. Not a lot of organization, the labels that were on the shelves were falling off, and it was generally just unclean.

A lot of the entrance area was taken up by knickknacks and other miscellaneous items. As we walked in we weren't even greeted by the owner, he just sat there and continued to talk with his friend. We tried to wait for a break in their conversation to ask some questions after looking around, but it never stopped, so we just left and went to the bookstore down the way in Fort Erie, which is a much, much better location.

If you are interested in sixty year old books about trains, cheap looking knickknacks sold at premium prices, and random vinyl records, this is the place to go.
