I wasn’t planning on writing this review but after sleeping on it over the past couple days, it’s still bothering me.

My Wife & I came here to look around because my MIL would love to shop at a place like this and I figured hey, while I’m here, why not grab some Hydrogen Peroxide?

I ask if they have it in stock, yep, but they only got the big 400ml bottle for $18, I only need like 20ml and a male employee in his 30s offer to put it in a smaller container for me.

Sounds great, they said they’ll sell it for a “buck fifty” loud and clear for both myself & my Wife to hear. I leave a toonie at the counter for the cashier, tell them to keep the change and head out while he prepares it. We come back about 10 mins later and suddenly it’s $5.

Now, I’m happy to pay the $5 if that was the price they initially said but it’s about the principle. This whole encounter lacked honesty and integrity. If you say $1.50, you shouldn’t bait and switch for over triple the price.

I’m not interested in a refund nor a return, $5 is a small price to pay to know that this place has a slimeball for an employee and I genuinely hope he’s not the owner.

The elder gentleman employee was nice at least.

Don’t plan on ever coming back and I’d be glad if this review dissuades even a single person from giving money to a dishonest person like that.

Best collection of herbs I've seen in B.C, with Sweet Cherubim on commercial coming in second place. Even had wild lettuce, which I've never seen in a store before, and the owner is very knowledgeable and generous
