I got bad service at this hospital from one person and though the other 4 people who helped me were good, the bad one sticks out the most still. That is why I’m rating this hospital a 3. Gotto give props to living in a country like Canada that provides free healthcare for its citizens so when I’m sick, can go to the hospital without worrying about cost per se. My visit to this hospital was disappointing and my experience was tainted by the poor treatment I received from the nurse I saw right after registration (before being seen by doctor. Perhaps she’s called a triage nurse). First, I had to self-check in and while I would be happy to do so some other time, when I am in need of ( what I believe to be) urgent medical care and I am feeling awful, I really don’t want to be doing the work myself cause I just didn’t have the energy. Anyway, make sure you got your OHIO card…I was able to do the self-registration and get a number, ( even though I couldn’t find my specific ailment to check off so I checked off whatever and hoped to clarify that later). The service I got from the two ladies at the front after I pre-registered was great. They were friendly, patient and kind. But the nurse that I got who was doing triage had the cert worse manners and customer service. She definitely should not be there at the front. She lacked empathy and was very abrupt. My ailment was very noticeable and yet she treated me with such rudeness and roughness. I know she deals with crusts matters in her role, but that doesn’t mean she gets to rob people of respect and dignity. It is such a shame that one person can really make an entire organization look bad, when others did their jobs right ( that day).

Worst hospital ever. Might as well die. Pregnant and have belly pain, and you still have to wait hours to see a doctor. Nurses don't even check up on people.
