Really happy with the work that Mike did in installing us a replacement furnace. He took the time to figure out what was needed and came to do the work a week later. Easily finished within the day with complete cleanup. We did a walkthrough and he explained everything.
But also the communication from Nelia is top notch - you know where you stand, when Mike's going to be here almost to the minute, and she provided full details on how to claim the Fortis discount.
I will use Mike again when we want to replace our AC. 100% recommend.

If you've read the other reviews, you know what to expect here. Mike was amazing, from the initial quote to install of my new Furnace and A/C. He also made sure I was informed about the decisions I was making, it's not like this is a coffee I'm buying here!

It's like he was working on his own house, everything was so meticulously done, and it all looks fantastic. When asked about a cover for my new AC, he even told me where I could get it cheaper. I still ordered it from him (and it's an exact fit).
