People are amazing , extremely helpful and kind. It's a great place for people to go to feel cared for and offers you a chance to care for others, whether it be to volunteer your services a helping hand or just to speak with other people needing someone to speak with as well as to be listened to. It has helped me out many, many times through difficult times. Also makes me feel good/capable enough to donate clothes items and my time and feel needed and appreciated without judgment. Offers amazing and needed resources to all in need. One of the amazing hidden treasures in Cape Breton!

There are awful ! Call cops on deaf people and hate people white and man just sit relax play video game then they telling him to go shelter but he told they shelter is not safe lot trouble bad drugs problems the own boss not care very wrong

The Outreach Workers were Extremely Helpful Compassinate and Caring in Dealings with Me and my Situation. They are Very stetched due to very high vunerable cliental and as I didnt fit in that exactly they still took the time and patientance and compassion to Help in anyway they could. I am Extremely Thankful they are there to help Capers and in my opinion They require More Money to fund the assistance they rewuire to really make a differance.Blessing to the Ally Team

For all your harm reduction and and safe consumption needs and supplies, come to the Ally Center! We have a needle Exchange, drop-in center, and an overdose prevention site.
