Great 5hr8dt store . Prices not bad . However there's so much inventory on the floor and everywhere it's hard to see items . One has to be careful maneuvering .
Not wheelchair friendly at all .

We live in Agassiz. I thought we would support the local community. Can’t make a donation if my life depended on it. First try they didn’t take donations at the time I arrived. Second try, big rude stop signs were out with notes that they were full. No more donations even though I was there during the limited donations acceptance period. The next try failed when I tried to donate some books. Good books, not piles of poor quality paperbacks and old cook books that are normally found in too many thrift stores. Staff there were just putting out the stop signs again. They told me that I was “lucky” I arrived when I did. They would allow me to drop off this day. Then I was told they would only take the soft cover books. Not the 4 hard cover novels. Not likely.
We tried the store front a couple of times but over-all the staff here were far short of friendly actually trying to look busy as they ignored my “good morning”. Nothing ruins the experience in a shop like this more than officious- self important volunteers. They always make it seem like the customer is inconveniencing them. No wonder Value Village gets the bulk of donations. Don’t volunteer if you don’t understand customer service.

Store was closed at 240 website says 4 sign in window says 3 lady inside did her best not to make eye contact or even acknowledge me I guess they just make up there own hours as they go

Dropped off a donation ( this is by appointment only) and then stopped in to look around. Small place but they have a lot to offer....the staff were very friendly

Real classic gem. Some super silly old stuff. Prices are very cheap!
