Wanted to say I have been in the building for almost three years and found that the former office staff when we moved in were new and tried their best but not very familiar with how to operate the office or the staff. Cleaning not good at all. The new people husband and wife are very helpful knowledgeable and they know what they are doing. I have had the husband very helpful I came in the door with a bed frame and he came out of the office right away with me and a super and came right into my apt. and took it to my room and it was service with a smile. And over the winter time with the snow it was looked after in a timely manner-each snow fall and the lobby and elevators and the building is looking much better. The wife is very friendly helpful and we notice they spend more time in the office than the former staff who did a lot of smoking outside. I am writing this as a formal assistant property manager for 25 years at the Gresham Apts. Glad to see things getting done cause we do like the building, so I would give one star to the previous staff and four stars to the husband and wife who are now in the office Kerri and Chris.Thankyou Nancy McNeil

We are fairly new to the building, and during the approval process we cycled through several contacts until Kari and Chris became our go-to folks. They have made the move in process easy and they fixed important things when it was needed. They have been friendly and welcoming and we can’t say enough about how supportive they’ve been when we had questions as new tenants. We have been there when people have been disagreeable with them about things and they have handled it kindly and professionally.

Thus far , we have nothing but good things to say about the help we have recieved and they timeliness of their actions.

I have been living at 120 Old Carriage Dr for a while and am so impressed with the building managers Chris and Kari. They are always kind and approachable if I have any questions,and always take time to talk with me.Kari makes an effort around the holidays to put together fun things for the kids,and decorates the front entrance of the building so nice 🙂 it really gives me a sense of community,and makes the kids feel really special.They are doing such an amazing job! Chris is quick to come up to our unit,to fix anything that needs to be done,and does great work.I have no complaints about Chris and Kari,and couldn't ask for better building managers !

I've been here with my girlfriend and her son since December 2019. The recent couple Chris and Kari have been nothing but great to us. We've had 3 superintendents since we've been here and these 2 have been the best. The only issue I have with the building and all is the rent price but that's nothing to do with the superintendents and roach issues. It has seemed like it only got better.
People talk about garbage issues!? The shoots are always cleared up by the superintendents but it's those idiot tenants who jam them up to begin with. If it's too much, walk it to the garbage outside.

I have been living at 170 Old Carriage Drive for a while now, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating. This building is not worth the high rent they charge.
• No intercom service for 7 months despite paying full rent. Every time we called management to let us into the building, they either ignored us or hung up on us.
• Rude and unprofessional administration. They act overly smart and dismissive, sometimes even giving off racist behavior. Before signing the lease, they sugarcoat everything, but once you move in, they don’t care.
• Laundry issues are constant, making basic chores a headache.
• No fob access for a year, which is completely unacceptable.
• Horrible repair services—the apartment’s interior is made of the cheapest materials and breaks easily, but getting anything fixed is nearly impossible.
• Absolutely NO RESPECT for long-term tenants.

If you’re considering moving here, don’t. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

CHANGE THE MANAGEMENT PEOPLE PLEASE!!!! THEY ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY RUDE. They will text you a whole year and at the time of moving they’ll be like “we only talk to lease owner”

The buildings new management Chris and Keri are amazing,iv been here since 2016 and the building is in the best hands since iv been here,iv put in a few work orders now and, issues are fixed in a jiffy the building is nice and clean now to good work Chris and Kari!!!!
