The operation manager, Meghan LeBlanc was absolutely awesome. She was able to get my MDX in for warranty work even though I am an American in an American vehicle. I didn't realize it was so hard to navigate Acura Canada versus Acura America to get this work done, but she did it. While I was there they also completed many other PM items. Staff was also great! Bravo Moncton Acura!

I made an appointment for 8am for oil change + seasonal tire change. I did not get my keys back until 10:30, 2.5 hours later.

I also called multiple times to confirm the price and that they price match. They confirmed multiple times that they do price match.

I showed up with a receipt from an earlier oil change, and was told they don't actually price match despite what they told me. I was also hit with a surprise $32 "supplies" surcharge they didn't mention any of the times I confirmed the price. Apparently this charge is standard with oil changes, but they don't mention it even when asked for a quote.

Wanted to fill you on on our experience with Moncton Acura. We recently had it in the the crank bearing recall. After a month at the dealership, we recieved word that car was ready to pick up. My wife did the 1.5hr drive to the dealership with the rental, dealership wouldn't follow my wife to enterprise to pick her up, so she had to get enterprise to drive her back (with 2 kids under 6 with her). When she finally got the keys to the car, she started it and immediately called me and said that the air conditioning wasn't working, so I told her not to leave and go in and talk to the service advisor. THE ADVISOR TOLD HER THAT BECAUSE IT WAS SITTING FOR A WHILE, SHE'D HAVE TO DRIVE IT FOR A BIT IN ORDER FOR IT TO WORK. They wouldn't even go out to look at the car before she left. My wife heads home and then calls me a half hour into the drive home that she it was very hot in the car, then she told me what the advisor had told her. I was livid that someone would tell a woman something so ludicrous. So now, after the 3hr round trip to pick up our "fixed" car, they now are telling me that the earliest I can get car looked at is sept 9. There will be no loaner available for me, and now my rental is no longer in my possession. I'm a business owner, I don't have time to take half days off work to fix other people's problems. This will now be the 4th round trip I have to make for this singular problem. My time, my gas, my wear and tear. We used to own an rdx before the dealership was sold, the old dealership was by far the best customer experience I have ever had at a car dealership, now that Steele's bought it, the worst experience I've ever had, never felt so worthless to someone.
