Rather than calling themselves an outreach service center they should be a comedy club because this place is full of jokers. You'll assigned a worker that lack basic communication skills and offers little to nothing in terms of housing support and assistance. Try getting them to complete paperwork or sign a document and it like rocket science for this place. Better off living on the streets than relying on a fake place like this offering false hope to those in need!

ACSA run after school program in my 4.5 yr old son school. They are great. I hear my son telling me how safely they escort him from his class and do great activities in 2 hrs time they get after school. Healthy different snacks provided by the team every day. I am so thankful to the team. Great team, great support and great environment. Highly recommend

Staff are very rude usually. Fresh food get there but it is taken and stolen by staff members and never seen by the people that need it. I see fresh fruits come in but it's taken by staff.The food that is cooked is really bad even dogs would have a hard time eating this.They pick and choose who they want to help. very discriminatory and racist place to ask for help. I do not recommend this place. They give a hard time with ttc and services it's money in the toilet with this place. The place seems corrupted. Staff is not monitored.The place used to give out decent meal for the needy but after pandemic it has gone to the pits. Food has disappeared.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the wonderful staff for their support and encouragement that has been given to me and seeing personally many of close friends being housed, taxes done, and many more services offered by ACSA. And wanted to say thank you Lee and the artists from the Saturday art's and craft for the awesome work that you put into the new picture frame for those who have passed away, fantastic work. They helped me so much. The staff are so helpful and everyone asks if they can help , even if they aren't the person you are there to see! I ultimately had to go to another one of their locations, but they were very helpful and clear about where I needed to go.

Great place for free services such as taxes for individuals who made under 40 thousand i appreciate there help the area is a far location way in the east end of the city and kind of hard to find but while i was here there was a receptionist she said she use to work in law honestly she the long trip worth it and i wish i got her name because she seemed really sincere respectful and not much people are like her i just wanted to thank her for her kindness

Great help and service. I arrived two hours early for my tax prep appoinment and they were able to see me right away. The asian woman who did my taxes was quick compared to other places i've been to like H&R. Will definitely be doing my taxes with them from now on.
