I needed a safe and secure space to store my car while home for summer, and this site was the best. Riley was amazing! Needed a safe and effective place to store some important things and Access Storage was best for the task at hand. Riley was very thorough, helpful and very witty lol, which allowed the usual boring fine print and details be easy to get through. He was very helpful with understanding the process and made me feel very secure that my belongings would secured at the right place. Riley and Sri were great to deal with. Riley went through everything step by step and made sure I knew what I was going to be charged, what I could and couldn’t have in the unit, etc. - very thorough. Sri was helpful in showing me the units and explaining the different rates. Both had great knowledge of the workings of renting a unit. Very happy with them.
